eXp Mentoring & CRE Training
- Develop tools and techniques to equip eXp Mentees the ability to navigate their eXp Orientation and beyond.
- Provide training modules for Build Out, Sky Slope and Moody’s CRE. Teach Mentees how to think outside the box and how to build and grow a successful and self-sustaining business.
- EXP Realty and Commercial offers a comprehensive mentoring program designed to support new agents as they begin their real estate careers. The program pairs new agents, who are required to complete three transactions within their first year, with experienced, state-certified mentors from their local area. These mentors provide guidance on everything from transaction management to navigating the day-to-day challenges of real estate.
- Mentees are expected to complete a set curriculum, attend at least 50% of state meetings, and participate in weekly agent leadership meetings. The program also includes a fee structure where mentees contribute 20% of their transaction commissions (10% to EXP Realty and 10% to the mentor) for the required transactions.
- The mentor program emphasizes hands-on learning and personal development, offering resources like the GO! Mentee Curriculum and various workshops. The goal is to help new agents quickly become productive and confident in their roles, with the support of a dedicated mentor.
